- A full RAG audit, recovery of the knowledge that had gone missing, and a move to a modern retrieval model, built alongside the live system and switched over in a single step.

- A secure ledger for the team that draws each payment from the right cheque balance on its own, flags anything left uncovered, and exports clean reports for the accountant.
