This policy explains what ADITS (“we”) collects through this website and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the details you enter:

• your name, work email address and company;
• the project type, an optional budget range, and your project description.

Our servers also process your IP address briefly to limit abuse of the enquiry form. It is held in memory and is not stored with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. The website is hosted on servers we operate. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any project that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
